At Attention NP in Psychiatry, I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, personalized, and affordable mental health care.
I accept a wide range of commercial and government health insurance plans and offer transparent self-pay pricing for patients who do not have insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket.
I provide psychiatric evaluations, ADHD assessments, medication management, and ongoing mental health treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
Virtual psychiatric appointments are available throughout New York State, with in-person appointments in Albany, NY.
Insurance Plans
At Attention NP in Psychiatry, we believe in transparent pricing and straightforward care. While we are actively in the process of credentialing and panel enrollment for a wide range of commercial and government insurance programs, all insurance participation is currently pending final approval.
At this time, appointments are offered on a self-pay basis. Once your insurance plan is officially approved and active, we will be able to process claims directly. Good Faith Estimates are provided to all self-pay patients in compliance with federal regulations.

How Much Will My Appointment Cost With Insurance?
Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your individual insurance plan and benefits.
Depending on your coverage, you may be responsible for a copayment, deductible, or coinsurance.
Many insurance plans provide coverage for medically necessary psychiatric evaluations, ADHD treatment, and medication management.
Self-Pay Psychiatry Rates
For patients without insurance, those whose insurance is not accepted, or those who prefer to pay privately, I offer straightforward self-pay pricing.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation — $300
A comprehensive evaluation that includes a review of your symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
An individualized treatment plan will be developed based on your clinical needs.
Follow-Up & Medication Management — $150
Follow-up appointments focus on symptom monitoring, treatment progress, medication effectiveness, potential side effects, and any necessary changes to your care plan.
Prescription medication, laboratory testing, and outside services are billed separately.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Fees are subject to applicable laws, payer restrictions, and practice policies. Medicaid and other protected patients will not be charged prohibited fees.

Do you accept CDPHP and MVP insurance?
CDPHP and MVP Health Care are among the insurance networks being pursued by Attention Psychiatry. Please verify active participation before scheduling.
Do you accept Medicaid and Medicare?
New York State Medicaid, Fidelis Care, and Medicare are included in the practice’s planned insurance participation. Availability depends on enrollment, credentialing, and plan-specific requirements.
Do you accept veterans through VA Community Care?
VA Community Care Network participation is planned. Eligible veterans generally need VA authorization for covered community care services.
Can I receive ADHD treatment through insurance?
Psychiatric evaluations and medication management for ADHD may be covered when medically necessary, depending on your insurance benefits and network participation.
Can I pay without insurance?
Yes. Self-pay pricing is $300 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $150 for follow-up appointments.
Do you offer online appointments?
Yes. Virtual psychiatric appointments are available for eligible patients across New York State, with in-person visits in Albany.
Good Faith Estimate
Uninsured and self-pay patients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under applicable federal requirements.
